Refund Policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026. This Policy applies to paid Progress Io Digital training engagements confirmed in writing. The website itself does not take payments.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when a confirmed seat is cancelled within the timeframes below, subject to the conditions listed. Complimentary materials and free articles are not refundable because no fee is charged.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must reach us at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date stated in your confirmation. Requests received 13 to 5 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of fees paid. Requests within 4 days of start, or after the first live session has begun, are generally not eligible for a refund.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Fees must have been received; the learner must not have downloaded restricted cohort files beyond the orientation pack; and the request must include the confirmation reference. Partial refunds apply as described in the timeframe section when notice is late but before the first live session.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), courier costs for printed workbooks already dispatched, custom Full Engagement preparation already delivered, and seats transferred to another named colleague at your request are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@progress-io.digital with subject “Refund request”, your full name, programme name, and confirmation reference. We acknowledge within three business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method where possible. If that method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative bank transfer to a Hong Kong account you nominate in writing.

Cancellation by Progress Io Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory government restrictions preventing attendance may be considered for goodwill credits outside the standard schedule, at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
